The fine arts edition made by the Giclee print process is a collaboration between the artist and the printing craftspeople with the color selection and final approval by the artist essential to the overall printing process.
Giclee prints are made individually, on a one-by-one
basis, rather than mass production .
The printers use continuous tone technology in which infinitely small pixels of color are capable of rendering an amazingly smooth and consistent image, to faithfully mirror the artists original
oil painting.
The most archival, water based organic inks available are used. The print is complete after applying UV light resistant a light stabilizer post-coatings.
